Those girls are doing it again!  If you are female and any where near Austin, Texas you should check them out.  Trainers Elite MMA will be hosting the September open mat (it’s free) for Girls in Gis.  Sure to be a lot of fun.  Why?  Ah, It’s Austin, duh….  Visit their Facebook page to learn more.
